
YTTW 0.6/1kV Flexible Mineral-Insulated Fire-Resistant Cable

YTTW is the flexible variant of mineral-insulated cable: synthetic mica tape insulation gives the 950°C × 90-minute fire survival of rigid BTTZ but in a cable you can pull through conduit and bend like ordinary YJV. The preferred fire-resistant cable in SEA hospital, metro, and high-rise retrofits.

Overview
Multi-strand copper conductor, synthetic mica tape insulation (multiple layers), inner copper-tape barrier, halogen-free flame-retardant outer sheath. The synthetic mica retains its dielectric properties through prolonged exposure to 950°C flame; the copper-tape barrier seals against water spray during fire-fighting. BS 6387 CWZ qualified (fire-resistance + water spray + mechanical impact), IEC 60331-21 verified.
