Overview
Compacted copper conductor over a semi-conductive conductor screen, triple-extruded XLPE insulation, semi-conductive insulation screen, copper-tape metallic screen, PVC bedding, optionally galvanized steel-tape or steel-wire armor, and PVC outer sheath. The full IEC 60502-2 stack tested at 1.73 × U₀ partial discharge limit before reel ships. Conductor size 25 to 300 mm² covers virtually every utility-scale 11kV feeder application.
