RVV 300/500V PVC-Sheathed Flexible Cord

RVV combines Class 5 fine-stranded copper conductors with PVC insulation and a PVC outer sheath. The fine stranding gives flexibility for coiling and bending; the outer sheath protects from abrasion. Used for appliance power cords, portable workshop equipment, and control-cabinet jumper wiring.

Overview
Two to five Class 5 fine-stranded copper conductors, each PVC-insulated, twisted together with a PVC outer sheath. The cable can be coiled hundreds of times without conductor fatigue. Sheath compound resists abrasion when the cable drags across surfaces. Rated 300/500V for use up to two-phase 230V residential and three-phase 400V commercial systems.
Key Features
High coil durability
Class 5 fine strands survive thousands of coil cycles without conductor fatigue — appropriate for cable reels and daily-deploy gear.
Single product, full core ladder
2 through 5 core constructions in one product family — single-phase appliances through three-phase + N + E.
Applications
Appliance cordsets
Commercial kitchen equipment, laundry machines, fixed workshop tools.
Control panel jumpers
Inside-cabinet flexible runs between PLC racks, terminal strips, and field-device pigtails.
